Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a coating composition which has excellent application workability and a less tendency to drip even if applied to a standing surface and accordingly can be applied in an increased thickness at one time, by imparting thixotropy to the composition.
CONSTITUTION: A coating composition having improved applicability, which comprises as an essential binder component a resin in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion prepared by mixing water with an organic solvent solution of the resin.
