Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control a pressure on the entrance side of a steam regulation valve stably when a through steam flow at a steam turbine is decreased suddenly by providing a change release signal generator for outputting a change release signal to a change signal generator which outputs a change signal to a signal selector. CONSTITUTION:When a steam turbine trip signal 44 is inputted to a signal input terminal (a) 20, a change signal generator 16 outputs a change signal 35 to a signal selector 14. A bypass valve 8 is controlled by a signal corresponding to a steam turbine through steam flow signal 38. A change release signal generator 22 outputs a change release signal 40 to a change signal generator 16 when a release allowance signal 41 and a pressure deviation small signal 43 are inputted or if a release signal 42 is inputted. The change signal generator 16 stops an output of the change signal 35 by this. The bypass valve 8 is controlled by a pressure control signal 33 of a pressure regulation computor 12. A pressure on the entrance side of a steam regulation valve can thus be controlled stably when a through steam flow at a steam turbine is decreased suddenly.
