Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a production method of a wooden piece-mixed rigid cement sheet capable of reutilizing a waste material produced in the production. CONSTITUTION:A cement composition containing a thermosetting component containing alumina cement and anhydrous gypsum or/and hemihydrate gypsum as main ingredients and portland cement is blended with a waste material, wooden piece formed into fine piece and water and the blend is heated and cured to produce the rigid wooden piece-mixed cement sheet. Specifically, in the production thereof, an amount of each ingredients is controlled so that the content of portland cement in the cement composition may be <=2.5 times based on the thermosetting ingredient and an amount of the waste material added may be within 20wt.% based on total solid content in the raw material mixture to provide the objective wooden piece-mixed rigid cement sheet in which characteristics of flexural strength, etc., are not lowered.
