Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a duplicated image, smooth, uniform and of superior aesthetic sense by coating a duplicated image layer of a transferred material composed of a base and a duplicated image layer with a curing type transparent resin composition having surface tensile force of 30dynes/cm or less and curing the layer.
CONSTITUTION: A sealed sheet with a duplicating resin layer and a duplicated image layer on the surface of a base are transferred so as to overlap the base surface with the duplicated image layer. Then the duplicating resin layer is peeled off the duplicated image layer, and the duplicated image layer of the transferred material composed of the base and the duplicated image layer are coated with a curing type transparent resin composition of surface tensile force of 30dynes/cm or less and cured to form a duplicated image. Transfer is carried out by overlapping processing the duplicated image layer of the peeled sheet with the surface of the base. As the actual examples of the base, ceramics, wood, glass, plastic and the like are used, and as the actual examples of a curing type transparent resin composition of surface tensile force of 30dynes/cm or less, acryl resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, silicone resin and the like are used.
