PURPOSE: To provide an automatic filling device by which works, from the carrying in of flexible container bags and the filling of a powder/granular body, to the carrying out of flexible container bags, are totally automated, and which can improve the work efficiency, and at the same time, can be applied to general purpose type flexible container bags.
CONSTITUTION: An automatic filling device for flexible container bags is equipped with carrying means A, A' to carry in and out flexible container bags 3, a lifter means B which vertically moves the bags, a detecting means C which detects an input port for the bags, a suction/gripping means D which raises the input port under a semi-opened condition by drawing the side wall of the input port, an input port-opening means E which expands and fully opens the input port by inserting four rods orderly in the input port, and a fitting means F which inserts a filling chute 50 in the input port, and fits the input port by a clamp.
