PURPOSE: To improve workability for changing the position of a flowing-in control frame by preparing a document, in which character strings and non- character strings are harmonized, by sticking desired data to a sticking frame set inside the flowing-in control frame.

CONSTITUTION: When the move of the flowing-in control frame is instructed, the flowing-in control frame held in a document data holding part 1 is selected by a flowing-in control frame selection part 2, and the move destination is given by a move destination instruction part 3. Afterwards, the moving amount of the flowing-in control frame is calculated by a moving amount calculation part 4, and the sticking frame contained in the selected flowing control frame is retrieved by a sticking frame retrieval part 5. Based on the calculated moving amount, the flowing-in control frame is moved by a flowing-in control frame moving part 6, and the sticking frame is moved by a sticking frame moving part 7. In such a state, the character strings flow in based on the flowing control frame by a character string flowing-in part 8, and a sticking figure is stuck to the sticking frame by a sticking part 9.
