PURPOSE: To attain an entire control by one program counter by reducing the storage capacity of the micro-instruction storage means of a data processor, and reducing the number of signal lines among a controller, arithmetic units, and shared storage devices.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with semi-fixed connectors 14 which decide the connection of the data buses of arithmetic units 12 and shared storage devices 13 by connecting nodes, based on the scheduling of a program before the start of a data processing. And also, the micro-instruction of a controller executes the control only of the program counter from the status signal of an arithmetic means and the micro-instruction in a controller 11, outputs a program counter signal to the arithmetic units 12 and the shared storage devices 13. Then, the arithmetic units 12 and the shared storage devices 13 operate a control from the micro-instruction incorporated in each device, based on the program counter signal.
