Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a time interval-voltage converter which can quickly and continuously perform time interval-voltage conversion and can display measured values of time intervals on a display screen with suitable resolution by appropri ately offsetting the measured values.
CONSTITUTION: A counter circuit 312 or 314 counts clock signals from clock generating means 320-334 which can select periods during the time interval of an object to be measured. A microprocessor 304 obtains the voltage corresponding to the time interval of the object to be measured from a DAC by controlling the periods of the clocks and the offset values of the counter circuits.
