Abstract:
PURPOSE: To measure the straightness of a measured object having the length of about 20-100(m).
CONSTITUTION: This straightness measuring device is provided with a corner cube 3 and a reflecting mirror 4 on a measured object 1, a displacement measuring device 5 mounted with a laser generator 6 and a position sensor 12 constituted of a solid image pickup element camera 11 and a light receiving glass 10, a position sensor 14 for controlling the attitude of the displacement measuring device 5, a ruler 15 moved integrally with the measured object 1 for measuring a moving distance L, and a solid image pickup element camera 16. The displacement and angle caused by the linear movement of the measured object 1 are measured.
