Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an always correct translation result by translating a sentence including an uncertain element into another language, and at the time of correcting the translated language thereafter, instructing the change of the element causing uncertainty and also automatically changing a relating element to be changed with relation to the changed element. CONSTITUTION:A translation part 1 is provided with a sentence structure storage part 5, a change instructing part 6 and a changing part 7. When a correction changing instruction to the translation word of a certain anxious element information is applied, the translation word of anxious relating element information relating to the translation word whose change is instructed is also corrected/ changed together with the translation word whose change is instructed in accordance with intermediate data indicated by anxious element information which can not uniformly specify a translation format, anxious relating element information whose translation format is changed without relation to the anxious element information and relating information indicating the relation of these information. Thereby, the whole translated sentence can be unitedly corrected. Thus, a translated sentence having always correct expression can be obtained.
