Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject filter plate realizing uniform expression and the reduction of expressing time by providing a pedestal for housing a filter gauze on a filtering side and a plurality of through holes communicating with a spiral groove for discharging extracted cocoa butter on a distributing side. CONSTITUTION: The desired filter plate is composed of the pedestal for housing at least one filter gauze on the filtering side and the plurality of through holes 7 communicating with the spiral groove for discharging extracted cocoa butter on the distributing side. The through holes 7 are distributed at regular intervals along the spiral groove 9 arranged on the distribution face 8 of the filter plate 4 by starting within a center area and finishing within a collection discharging groove 15 near the outer peripheral of the filter plate. At the time of expressing by using the filter, cocoa plate is uniformly expressed because the holes 7 are distributed at regular intervals, and the expressing time is reduced because many start points are arranged at the spiral groove.
