Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable injection molding under the state in which the heat hystory of a molding material is reduced.

CONSTITUTION: The injection cylinder 14 of an injection unit 10 is supplied with a molten material melted and kneaded and extruded from a biaxial extruder 40 through a bendable piping 20, the molten material supplied is weighed in the injection cylinder of the injection unit, the supply of the molten material is suspended at the same time as the completion of weighing, and the molten material weighed is injected into a molded-clamped mold cavity.
