PURPOSE: To bring a reciprocal selector valve under rough dimensional control so as to facilitate the manufacture of the reciprocal selector valve by forming a spool valve fitted in a housing so as to have such an arrangement that a spool is slid through the intermediary of a valve element which is moved by hydraulic pressure, and by engaging the valve element with a valve seat formed in a cylinder part in the spool valve.

CONSTITUTION: In a reciprocal selector valve having ports A, B of the housing 4 connected to a hydraulic pump, when oil is fed under pressure from the port A, flow passages are established between a suction port 9 and the port B and between the port A and a discharge port A. On the contrary, when oil is fed under pressure from the port B, flow passages are established between the suction port 9 and the port A, and between the port B and a discharge port B. In this arrangement, a pair of holes 34, 35 communicate the suction port 9 with the inside, and a spool valve 27 fitted therein with a spool 30 is provided in a cylinder part 28 in which valve seats 29 are formed. Further, valve elements 31 adapted to be seated on the valve element 31 urged by spring forces. The valve elements 31 are closed by hydraulic pressure fed from the associated one of the ports A, B.
