Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing work every easily on a slope.
SOLUTION: A jib 2 whose upper end freely oscillates in various directions is placed upright at the top of a slope 1, and two right and left side wires 7 which are wound and rewound by operation of a first winch 6 are extended on the upper end of the jib 2 and on the right and left above the jib installation point on the slope 1, and a center wire 10 which is wound and rewound by operation of a second winch 9 is extended, at least on the upper end of the jib 2 and on a movable body on the slope 1. Two right and left side wires 13 which are wound and rewound by a third winch 12 are extended on the movable body and on the right and left of the part of the slope 1 below the movable body, and by appropriately winding and rewinding the upper and lower side wires 7 and the center wire 10, the movable body 8 is moved vertically and horizontally, either on the slope 1 or as it is floated from the slope 1, and work is performed on the movable body or the movable body is used for transportation.
