PURPOSE: To simply attach/detach an IC card by forming of a frame for supporting a board in which electronic components are placed, and upper, lower panels of U-shaped section to be arranged on upper and lower surfaces of the frame, forming engaging grooves of the upper and lower panels in the frame, and engaging the upper and lower panels with the grooves to be mounted.

CONSTITUTION: The IC card comprises a frame 11 for supporting a board 13 placed with electronic components 12, and upper, lower panels 15, 16 of U-shaped section arranged on upper and lower surfaces of the frame 11, wherein engaging grooves of the panels 15, 16 are formed in the frame 11, and the panels 15, 16 are engaged with the grooves to be mounted. As a result, the panels 15, 16 are slid from one side of the frame 11 along the grooves formed at the frame 11 to be inserted and removed, and hence even if a trouble occurs in the component placed therein, the panels 15, 16 are simply removed from the frame 11, and its interior can be repaired, inspected and regulated.
