Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a vibrate for a vibration gyro which is inexpensive and able to detect the angular velocity with high accuracy at all times without being influenced by the change of the environmental temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The vibrator is constituted of a cylindrical vibrating body 16 which has three electrodes 17a, 17b, 17c at its side face and is made of a piezoelectric material processed by a polarization treatment between one electrode 17a and two other electrodes 17b, 17c.
