Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a PCa slab, onto which plastering material can plaster without surface smoothing treatment with wiping die at the following process, which is necessary when the smooth ground finish is requested for finishing coating or the like.

CONSTITUTION: In a steel form 1, which has a smooth bottom surface, reinforcing bars 2 are arranged. At the same time, cement-based mortar 3, which has high fluidity and the amount of which is enough as much as for covering the whole bottom surface of the form 1, is poured in the form 1. At the time, when the fluidity of the cement-based mortar 3 is lost, concrete 4 is placed in the form so as to manufacture a PCa slab 5 by curing and hardening the concrete.
