PURPOSE: To obtain an interior or outdoor paving tile by mixing waste rubber chips with materials different from rubber at a specific weight ratio to crush, and making processing, molding and cooling under specific conditions.

CONSTITUTION: 10-60 pts.wt. of sawdust 21 is added to 100 pts.wt. of chips 1 of waste crushed by an appropriate crusher to mix. The crushed chips are put into a mold, large-sized wooden chips 22 are spread on them, treatment is made under specific pressure and temperature to take them out after a proper amount of rubber exclusive adhesives is applied to them, and they are cooled to form a block. If necessary, stone dust instead of sawdust is added to mix, and the same treatment is made to form an outdoor paving tile. Repair and partial replacement can be easily made by simply executing construction work.
