PURPOSE: To provide feedback by direct coupling with a doctor side and to reduce the labor by automatically performing extraction in an abnormal data check which is made by an inspection engineer by providing multiplexing TV telephone devices successively.

CONSTITUTION: Information on sample reception, analytic items, etc., from a hospital to an automatic analytic device 2 is received by the terminal of the device 2 from the hospital side where a host computer is installed through a public telephone line by using the multiplexing TV telephone devices 3 and 4. The device 2 sucks a sample by a sample pipet 12 according to item selection information set in a sample table 11, discharges it into a reaction tube 14, and stirs the sample with a reagent. Measurement data are passed through an A/D converter and processed by a central arithmetic processor 21 each time the optical path of a color comparison detector 20 crosses the sample liquid in the tube 14. The computer 5 is provided successively to the device 21 and a drive control unit 22 and associated with the devices 3 and 4. Consequently, an analytic result is reported in real time and the mutual feedback is made speede up.
