Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a Zn electro plated steel sheet contg. Cr and an iron family metal and excellent in corrosion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: When a Zn electro plated steel sheet contg. Cr and an iron family metal is produced, electroplating is carried out with a plating bath contg. Zn2+ ions, Cr3+ ions, divalent ions of the iron family metal and 0.1-10g/l coumarin or deriv. thereof or further contg. 0.01-20g/l cationic polymer. The objective Zn or Zn alloy electro-plated steel sheet having high corrosion resistance is produced.
