Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a filler having high strength, excellent also in water resistance, water permeable properties and air permeability and capable of shortening curing reaction time and enabling execution in a short time.
CONSTITUTION: This filler is composed of an inorganic material such as silica, a curing auxiliary, an inorganic water resistance-enhancing agent, an foaming control agent, a reinforcing agent and a binder. These components are kneaded in previously set and prescribed blend ratio and then poured into a frame mold and cured to provide the objective filler consisting of an inorganic formed body. Concretely, 100 pts.wt. powdery inorganic material is blended with 3-10 pts.wt. metallic silicon as a curing auxiliary or its alloy powder, 3-20 pts.wt. water resistance-enhancing and foam-controlling agent, 5-20 pts.wt. reinforcing agent such as cement and 6-20 pts.wt. binder.
