The ratio of a positive electrode width to a negative electrode width is made in a range of 0.980-1.00, the maximum width in the width direction part, where the positive and negative electrodes are unopposed, is controlled so as to become 0.038 or less, and the ratio of the maximum width to the separator width is at least 1.04.
