PURPOSE: To provide the tacky adhesive sheet for decoration which is easily placed flat and has excellent blanking capability even at the time of blanking a marking layer with a cutting machine of a flat type without generating tunneling when the sheet is developed horizontally from a rolled state.

CONSTITUTION: This tacky adhesive sheet 2 for decoration has release backing paper and is formed by providing this release backing paper with a tacky adhesive 4 layer and a marking layer 5 consisting of a base material 3 layer for marking in this order thereon. Release paper 6 having ≥15g/50mm peeling strength between the marking layer 5 and the tacky adhesive 4 as the release backing paper to obtain the tacky adhesive sheet 2 for decoration.
