PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the adjustment operation of the angles of a projector in the right-and-left direction, to execute it quickly and to enhance the durability of the projector by providing a rotary member with a fixing tool which is set for fixing the rotary member and whose fixing action is freely released and fixing the projector to the rotary member.
SOLUTION: The rotary member 4 freely rotatable around the center of a vertical axis X is fitted to a supporting member 2 fixed to a ceiling through a pin 3. Besides, the rotary member 4 is provided with a machine screw 5 being as the fixing tool for fixing the rotary member 4 to the supporting member 2 at an optional rotating position from in the horizontal direction. Then, the projector is fixed to the rotary member 4. By setting the fixing direction and the fixing release direction of the fixing tool in the horizontal direction, the rotary member 4 can be rotated with respect to the supporting member 2 by keeping a posture almost as it is after the fixing releasing operation of the fixing tool is executed. Thus, the fixing tool is easily fixed from in the horizontal direction by keeping the posture almost as it is from after the angle of the projector is adjusted in the right-and-left direction.
