PURPOSE: To provide the charging system for operation information customer access capable of providing a network service carrier with a charging system corresponding to tariff tank or the quantity of collected information by customers.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a storage means 2 to store the respective kinds of information, an information quantity preparing means 5 to prepare the data of information quantity corresponding to the quantity of information received from a communication network 9 to the customer 1, and a tariff rank storage means 7 to store the tariff rank per unit information quantity for every customer 1. Further, the system is provided with a charging information preparing means 6 to prepare charging information from the tariff rank storage means 7 based on the information quantity prepared by the information quantity preparing means 5, and a charging means 8 to charge the customer 1 or the number designated by the information stored in the storage means 2.
