Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a laser beam projecting device in which a completely horizontal laser beam can be always projected.
CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 1 mounted on a base 10 is provided with a universal joint 2, a lower vibrating device constituted of a system 3, radiating device 4, and weight 5, which are arranged at the lower part of the universal joint 2, and an adjusting device by a screw 3 fitted in the weight 5. Moreover, this includes a means for attenuating vibration constituted of a lever 6, cam 7, blade 8, and spring 9 arranged at the lower part of the weight 5, and a ring nut 11 with scales is disposed between the base 10 and the sleeve 1.
