Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic welding equipment for a steel pipe pile, capable of simultaneously using a plurality of torches and by which an arc ratio is so improved that the welding time is greatly reduced.
CONSTITUTION: The equipment is provided with a supporting arm 2, 2 which is supported by the leader 1 of a pile driving machine to be freely opend/closed and by which a steel tube pile 5 is supported, a torch rotating device 9 which is provided freely rotatably around the steel pipe pile 5 along the supporting arm, and a plurality of torches 12, 12,... which are arranged with equal space on this rotating device. Thus, the rauge in an angle assigned for each torch 12 are simultaneously welded.
