PURPOSE: To obtain the subject cutting and removing tool capable of cutting away bines wound on branched lines of electric poles in good workability by ground operation and readily removing by attaching a sickle and a saw to the tip of a lever member having given length in such a way that the blade parts are mutually opposed outward.

CONSTITUTION: A lever member 1 having given length consisting of a base lever 1a and extended levers 1b and 1c is formed so that the extended lever 1b is housed in the base lever 1a by a circular pipe material having a different diameter and the extended lever 1c is stored in the extended lever 1b. The whole length can be shortened, the levers are conveniently portable. The tips of the base lever 1a and the extended lever 1b are provided with connecting rings 2, respectively, the connecting rings are equipped with locking members 3 and the lever member 1 can be locked in an extended state. The tip of the extended lever 1c is provided with a sickle 8 and a saw 6 in such a way that the blade parts are mutually opposed outward. A spring member 9 is stretched at the back of the sickle 8 and the sickle is elastically pulled by action of the spring to give a tool capable of cutting away bines wound on branched lines of electric poles.
