Title:
TUNNEL COOLING VENTILATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2588459
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively cool and ventilate a local space in a tunnel by utilizing negative heat potential of mud to be fed out of the tunnel to an excavating machine and to be used for excavating a face.
CONSTITUTION: Primary coolant 11 to be fed from a coolant unit 7 into a coolant cooler 8 is heat exchanged with mud 9 passed through the cooler 8 and negative heat potential of the mud 9 to be cooled during operating of an excavating machine 2. Secondary coolant 14 to be fed from a fan coil 6 to the unit 7 is heat exchanged with coolant made in the unit 7 to be cooled, and then fed into the coil 6. A face - a following truck 3 in a tunnel are cooled by high temperature and high humidity air sucked by the use of a fun 5 from a space in the vicinity into the coil 6 to be heat exchanged with the coolant 14, and simultaneously dehumidified and diffused. Thus, a tunnel cooling ventilation system can be established.
