Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the processing time for a screen display by judging whether or not character information is displayed on a screen with a skeleton character font when the character information is displayed on the screen, and displaying it with the skeleton character font at need.
CONSTITUTION: The character display method of the information processing system develops the character to be displayed according to character font data to optional size when the character information is displayed on the screen. Then when the character data are developed into the character to be displayed, normal character font data or skeleton character font data are selected under display conditions and the character is displayed.
