PURPOSE: To obtain film, which has excellent heat resistance with respect to deformability, impact resistance and adhesion in can-making and, at the same time, excellent flavor resistance accompanied by neither sticking of a punch nor development of carrier pin mark.
CONSTITUTION: The polyester composite film for pasting metals concerned consists of layer A/layer B/layer C. The layer A is polyethylene terephthalate or copolymer of polyethylene terephthalate and isophthalate having the melting point of 210°C or higher. The layer B is polyester, which consists of 50mol% or more of terephthalic acid residue, 5-50mol% of 10C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residue and 50mol% of EG and has the Tg of 40°C or lower. The layer C is polyester having the melting point of 180-230°C.
