PURPOSE: To obtain a deodorizing bag also used for cooling useful for transportation of marine foods, etc., having excellent deodorizing properties and freshness retention, by sealing a drying and water absorbing resin, a germicide, perfume and a deodorant in a plastic bag partially having porosity and subjecting to water immersion-resistant processing.

CONSTITUTION: Powder of a drying and water absorbing resin made of a cooling keeping medium of a gelatinous resin is mixed with a micro capsulated germicide, perfume and a plant deodorant and sealed in a plastic bag partially made into a porous fiber film. At the bonded face between the fiber film and the plastics, the boundary face is protruded. When the bag is fed to a fish box, the porous fiber surface is processed not to make iced water directly permeate into the bag. Further the fiber surface is subjected to resin processing with a fluororesin and a silicone resin to make the bag hydrophobic and a film cover is bonded to the bag under pressure to make the bag freely openable and closable.
