Abstract:
PURPOSE: To distributes loads on a channel relay panel based on a line utilizing rate.
CONSTITUTION: A central control panel 13 monitors the line utilizing rate of channel relay panels 11, 12 for a prescribed period and applies distribution control to loads on the channel relay panels. CPUs 11-4, 12-4 monitor a reply/ non-reply display areas 11-3, 12-3 in a 2-port RAM for a prescribed period to inform the result to the central control panel. The central control panel sets 'operation' to an operation/pause area of the 2-port memory 12-1 of the channel relay panel in the standby state and sets 'non-reply' to a reply/non- reply area when the line utilizing rate of the channel relay panel 11 in operation exceeds a specified rate. When the CPU of the channel relay panel 12 accesses the reply/non-reply area for a prescribed period and discriminates 'non-reply', the CPU reports it to the central control panel that its own channel relay panel 12 is switched as being set in the operation/pause area and sets 'reply' to the reply/non-reply area to realize the parallel operation of the channel relay panels.
