Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a glove box for an automobile high in impact energy absorptivity.
CONSTITUTION: The side face 14 of the glove box 10 of an automobile formed into container shape with the upper part opened as an article storage opening 11 is formed into curved shape with the center part 15 swollen inward compared to the front side and back side, and impact absorbing ribs 16 are erectly provided on the outer face of the side face 14.
