PURPOSE: To keep the increasing rate or the decreasing rate of the revolving speed of an engine at the preset rate.
CONSTITUTION: The pulse signal 27 selected by a mode selector switch 15 is outputted from a hand throttle device 16 to an up/down counter 34 as the acceleration signal 32 or the deceleration signal 33 only while an acceleration switch 17 or a deceleration switch 18 is closed. The up/down counter 34 outputs the rotation angle command signal 19 to a controller 24 via a digital/analog converter 35 based on the acceleration signal 32 or the deceleration signal 33. The controller 24 feeds the drive current 14 to a throttle motor 9 based on the rotation angle command signal 19, the throttle motor 9 rotates the control lever 8 of an engine 7, thus the revolving speed of the engine 7 is automatically increased or decreased at the preset rate.
