Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a stone washed unlevel dyed fabric, composed of polyester spun yarn and rich in surface change.

CONSTITUTION: This spun yarn for an unlevel dyed fabric is composed of a polyester and having ≥6% dry shrinkage factor at 180°C and ≥6.0 twist coefficient (an inch method). The characteristic of this fabric comprises using the spun yarn as warp yarn, having a floated warp yarn structure in which the warp yarn is exposed to the surface of the fabric and napping the warp yarn.
