Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the power supplier of a mobile communication terminal equipment more suitable for miniaturization and capable of prolonging communicable time further.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a DC/DC converter 20 provided with a feedback voltage terminal VFB for controlling the level of an output voltage VOUT for which a battery supply voltage is converted, detection means R1 and R2 for voltage-dividing the VOUT and providing a feedback voltage, an output voltage change means 60 for changing the VOUT by changing the voltage division value of the detection means corresponding to a transmission voltage at the time of transmission, the regulators 72 and 74 of a reception system for receiving the VOUT and providing a reception part and a base band signal processing part 30 with it, the regulator 76 of a transmission system for receiving the VOUT and providing a transmission part 42 with it and a power amplification part 44 operated by the VOUT. Since there is only one DC/DC converter, it is suitable for the miniaturization. Since operation power supply is optimally adjusted corresponding to transmission power at the time of the transmission, power consumption is reduced more.
