PURPOSE: To provide the small-sized harvester designed to harvest from the farm rootcrops such as sweet potatoes, potatoes or devil's tongue corms along with their sorting and put the sorted farm product into a container.

CONSTITUTION: A self-propelled machine body is equipped with a digging conveyer for the farm products from the front of the lower part of the machine body through the central upper part thereof to the rear of the machine body, and a step for operator is positioned behind the digging conveyer for the purpose of controlling the machine body and sorting operation. The machine body is further equipped with (A) a container for harvested products on both left and right sides toward the rear, (B) an engine and a controlling device at the almost center in the longitudinal direction one side, and (C) a seat for intermediately sorting operator and a preliminary container mounting table in a detachable way on the opposite side of said engine and controlling device. And, a ridge- following device is provided in the front of the digging conveyer and also detachably equipped with a seat for pretreatment operator.
