Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a load through inexpensive circuitry without imposing restriction on the design of circuit board.
CONSTITUTION: A switching transistor TR1 is connected in series with the input winding W1 of a power supply transformer T. Feedback winding W2 of the power supply transformer T is connected with the base of the switching transistor TR1. A circuit C for detecting abnormal voltage of a load L1 and a circuit F for short circuiting an output winding W3 are also provided.
