PURPOSE: To automate the assembling process for a connector device without the use of any FPC board by furnishing a group of contacts for tying a locator on the circuit board with a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel support and having a flexible part, soldering part, and contacting part.

CONSTITUTION: A flexible part 30c of a contact 30 is bent to enable elastic deformation of the area between a pressure fit fixing leg 30b to a locator 21 for fixing onto a circuit board 11 and a pressure fit fixing leg 30d to a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel support 22 movable relative to the locator 21. An LCD connector device 20 is fixed onto the circuit board 11 by soldering the soldering part 30a of the contact 30 to a terminal 17 on the circuit board 11 in the condition that a projection 25 on the panel support 22 is inserted in a movement limiting groove 24 in the locator 21. An LCD panel 12 is inserted into an LCD panel inserting groove 28 in the panel support 22, and thereby the bunch of terminals 14 causes elastic deformation of a resilient leg 30c and generates elastic contacting with a contacting part 30f.
