CONSTITUTION: The machine is constituted of a deciding part 1 for deciding whether input information of a medium is valid or invalid, a first register 2 for storing the number of invalid data decided in the deciding part 1, a second register 3 for storing an allowable value of the invalid data, a comparing part 4 for comparing an output of a first register 2 and an output of a second register concerned 3, and an input correcting part 5 which can execute an input correction of its invalid data, only when the number of invalid data stored in a first register 2 is allowable by a result of comparison of the comparing part concerned 4.
