PURPOSE: To easily conduct a work for carrying and replacing a point by a small number of workers by suspending a suspension device on a crane beam laid extending from a fixed pole erected on a running truck capable of self- running on the ground and rails to a movable pole supported in such a manner as to freely move.
CONSTITUTION: A repaired point is loaded on a load-carrying platform 1a, a running truck 1 is moved between rails R, R by self-running by the drive of a crawler belt 1b, a driven wheel 3e and a driving wheel 4d are brought into contact with the rails R by a lift device provided on the lower side of the truck 1 to put the truck 1 in its state of running on the rails R. Subsequently, the truck 1 is runned to an intended place a movable pole 9 is disposed in a positional area for including the position where a point to be replaced is installed, and the tip of the pole is fixed to the forward end of a crane beam 7. The point is hung by the hook 8a of an electric winch 8 and unloaded. The moving pole 9 is moved along a guide rail 10 so as to be moved according to the movement of the truck 1.
