PURPOSE: To efficiently carry out a rough leveling work, by changing true angle or a roller against the direction of movement thereof, in a rough leveling device provided with a roller making smooth a placed concrete surface.

CONSTITUTION: A traveling wheel 13 driven through a power transmission mechanism 12 is provided in a device body 11 mounting an engine 10. And a roller 15 rotating through a transmission 14 is provided. The device body 11 is driven to travel on the heaved readymixed concrete placed on a floor face to scrape it for leveling by the rotating roller 15. And the moving direction of the roller 15 is changed against the transfer direction of the device body 11 by the manipulation of an angle-adjusting lever 25. Accordingly, the readymixed concrete can be easily shifted to a lower level floor face. The leveling work can be effectively carried out.
