CONSTITUTION: A feed bar 1 and a driving body 9 for advance return motion are connected freely rotatably with a link bar 10; a position correcting and controlling means is provided; and the correction is performed by forcedly moving the driving body 9 for advance return motion, in the opposite direction for the same quantity X1, X2 as the deviation δyi, δzi in the X direction of the advance return motion of the feed bar 1, which is generated by the inclination of the link bar 10 during the advance return motion and/or lift-lower motion.
