PURPOSE: To manufacture an inexpensive horizontal full rotary shuttle, by which a skip stitch and a noise are prevented without improving the parts accuracy.

CONSTITUTION: In an outer shuttle main body 34 of the horizontal full rotary shuttle, the fitting face 32b is extended out from its outside periphery in the horizontal direction. On its fitting face 32b, a thread supply member 46 is mounted so as to be movable in a position in the horizontal direction, and after its horizontal position is adjusted by a positioning jig, the thread supply member 46 and the outer shuttle main body 34 are welded. Subsequently, a thread spreading member 50 is inserted through so as to become orthogonal to the thread supply member 46, and further, welded to the outer shuttle main body 34.
