Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance efficiency by accelerating operation speed of a warp sizing machine.
CONSTITUTION: Warp yarn (y) having a sizing liquid (s) applied thereto is successively wrapped around heating cylinders 7 to 13 and dried. The warp yarn wrapping angle (θ1) of the first heating cylinder 7 is smaller than that (θ2) of the second heating cylinder 8 by ≥20° and kept at 60-180°. The warp yarn wrapping angle (θ2) of the second heating cylinder 8 is smaller than that (θ3) of the third heating cylinder 9 by ≥20°.
