Title:
CROSS DIPOLE ANTENNA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2503877
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a cross dipole antenna simplified in structure, improved in antenna support strength and capable of stabilizing characteristics under a severe environment such as an artificial satellite.
CONSTITUTION: The antenna is constituted of an antenna section 1 and a feeding section 2, four radiation elements 12a-12d are formed by forming a conductive film on the surface of a conductive film base 11 of the antenna section 1 as a pattern and cross dipoles 13a, 13b are formed by the radiation elements, and the feeding section 2 is provided with a support cylinder 21 arranging feeders 24a, 24b used to feed an electric signal in the inside. An outer flange 22 is provided integrally with the support cylinder 21 and supported by screws 16a-16d while a rear side of the conductive film base 11 of the antenna section 1 is in contact with the outer flange 22 and the feeders 24a, 24b are connected electrically to the radiation elements 2a-12d through-holes 14a-14d made open to the conductive film base 11.
