PURPOSE: To uniformize the charging distribution of raw material in the circular direction in the furnace by compensating the periodical variation in charging speed of the raw material based on the arranging position of a furnace top bunker during discharge of the raw material and the swinging position of a distributing chute.

CONSTITUTION: In the distributing device for charging material providing plural furnace top bunkers 11A, 11B, the swinging position of the distributing chute 13 is detected and the opening of a flow rate adjusting gate 12A (or 12B) is controlled in order according to the detected swinging position of the distributing chute 13 so as to compensate the periodical variation in the charging speed of the raw material based on the arranging position of the furnace top bunker 11A (or 11B) during the discharge of the raw material and the swinging position of the distributing chute 13.
