PURPOSE: To improve convenience to use by fitting a flat table for moving a mouse so as to be in a state that it can be stored in a device main body.

CONSTITUTION: In the case that the mouse is used, the flat table 4 is drawn out of the main body 1. When the flat table 4 is drawn out fully, it is fixed by a built-in stopper, and the drawn out flat table 4 is fixed firmly to the main body 1, and is united into one body. The surface of the flat table 4 is given the flat surface of size suitable for moving the mouse, and accordingly, the coordinates can be easily inputted as moving the mouse while the whole device in the state that the flat table 4 is drawn out being kept on a knee. Then, after the mouse is used, the flat table 4 is stored in the main body 1 so as not to stand on the way. Besides, by incorporating the foldable flat table 4, the flat surface on which the mouse can move can be taken so as to be large.
