PURPOSE: To prevent rim slippage by forming a boundary surface between a rubber layer with a rubber component which does not include a short fiber and a tread rubber surface in the tire peripheral direction separately, and disposing a cord reinforcing layer which is provided with a ply of one layer or more where an organic fiber cord is inclined at 0-5 degree in the tire peripheral direction, in a tire base substance.
CONSTITUTION: A tire base substance 4 is provided with a base rubber layer 2 made of a rubber component which is reinforced by carbon and does not include a short fiber cord, and a thread rubber layer 3 surrounding the outside in its radial direction. A cord reinforcing layer 6 which consists of plies 6A, 6B where an organic fiber cord is inclined at 0-5 degree in the tire peripheral direction is disposed in the base rubber layer 2. It is thus possible to engage a rim R with the base rubber layer 2 strongly, prevent rim slippage for a long period, for improved driving stability.
